Our intent is to create the most impressive game, from both a visual and gameplay perspective, to ever come out of Full Sail.  It is our belief that a strong work ethic and effective team dynamics will be integral in achieving our goal.  As such, we will schedule our time and structure meetings to maintain a consistent routine.  To create a positive working atmosphere we will stay focused, take notes at all meetings, avoid unnecessary interruptions, and allow team members to communicate their concerns.  For the betterment of team and project we will place a priority on offering assistance to one another, compromise, and placing the needs of the team ahead of our individual desires.  It is through preparation, selflessness, self-awareness, and an utmost professional respect for one another that we will succeed.
